The name of team was changed as follows.

• Official name: Cyber Defense Institute Cyber Incident Response Team
• Short name: CDI-CIRT

The reason of changing is that the team of "CIRT" is a generic name.

Incident Reporting Form was updated to version 1.1, including Japanese script.

CIRT Definition was updated to version 1.0, including the some tables and figures in a way easy-to-understand manner.And the PDF version of CIRT Definition was uploaded to the this site.

The PGP public key of CIRT has been signed by CFC (Cyber Force Center at National Police Agency, Japan) and HIRT (Hitachi Incident Response Team at Hitachi Ltd.)
